Wendy and her team work from her flower shop in the barn at Barrs Yard, an artisan collective based on the outskirts of Hungerford.
In the shop, alongside beautiful freshly made bunches and posies, you’ll find a treasure trove of vintage finds, vases, planted gifts, candles, baskets, quilts and more, all selected by Wendy’s careful eye.

We are more grateful than ever for our gorgeous barn at the moment in this summer heat, keeping the flowers and plants as cool as possible in its big airy space. Dahlias season has begun and we’re loving the locally grown varieties that we’re now using in our bouquets. As well as the dahlias you’ll find lots of other summer cut flower varieties in the shop that can, with some simple tlc, cope with this heat and still look stunning.

Summer is also the season when our gorgeous Indian Kantha quilts really come in to their own - they make perfect picnic blankets, colourful table cloths for an outdoor supper, (pairing perfectly with our UK made coloured dinner candles!) or as quilts for nights when a duvet is just too much!

The baskets from Ghana are similarly stars of the show right now, load them up with picnic goodies, take them on a trip to the market, or just have them in the house as beautiful storage solutions!

Vintage finds are as always dotted around for you to discover, from dinky little jugs and saucers to one off pieces of furniture.
