Looking back through my archive photographs for some nice shots to go onto the website, I found this one of my very first Christmas at Cobbs. I started the business on 1 December 2008 by moving a borrowed Gypsy Caravan onto site outside the farm shop. Very primitive but lots of charm. The Shepherd’s Hut arrived a few months later.

Flowers for the V & A
For the third year running I have been lucky enough to be asked to provide table flowers for the Countryside Alliance Wine Auction Dinner in the V & A’s beautiful Raphael Gallery
I needed to drive the flowers to London for delivery to the V & A at 17.45 sharp - timing is critical as we must wait for the visitors to leave the museum for the day and still get everything set up for guests arriving at 7pm for a Drinks Reception.
The Gallery became a Dining Hall for over 300 guests and Corridors were transformed into pop-up kitchens for the evening.
Crabbies
Table flowers for an Owners lunch at a Lambourn stud. With Crabbies as the theme, we decided on whites, greens and a touch of ginger!
